KUALA LUMPUR: Fifty (50) AA retail staffs have gathered together in Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre on 8 and 9 February 2023 for a team building and CME event! The event comes with a theme of “Dream, Dare, Deliver”, highlighting the needs of having a big goal in mind and set to execute and excel in it.

In today’s fast-paced corporate world, effective team building has become essential for organisations to achieve success. A strong and cohesive team not only boosts productivity but also creates a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

In this video, we explored some fun and effective team building activities that can help AA Pharmacy improve communication, build trust, and enhance teamwork among employees. We jumped right into a variety of activities that included teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving exercises.
