Why do my points not reflect in the app after purchases are made?

Generally, points earned after every purchase (*some items are excluded from the point claim) are reflected within 24 hours on your member account. Points that are not reflected at the point of purchase will be updated the next working day.

However, the outlet could advise the member to log out and quit the app, then log in again, or the outlet could raise this issue on behalf of the member via the Support Center for further verification.
